Studio10's Gala Day went off with a bang....We had people queing to get in at 11am! From 9.00am that morning we had been setting up all the stalls, inflatables and cheerleaders preparing the routine.
Lucky enough the weather held off and we were able to keep everything outdoors and also make sure all the 'cheer dads' and 'cheer brothers' had their time in the stocks!!! The cheer mums made it a very hard tug of war competition an in the end they were crowned the CHAMPIONS!!!
Later on in the day we had a visit from the Mayor and Mayoress. Pink Poison Cheerleaders performed to a large crowd including our special guests. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves and the Mayor even gave us a few words and also said what a brilliant squad Pink Poison were!!
Also we had two First team Saints players who came to sign autographs and have their photos taken. So a big thankyou must go to Chris Flannery and Gareth Frodsham for spending the day with us.
To end the day we let off 1,000 balloons into the sky. This was a great end to the day and a great big thanks must go to Mike King for sponsoring the event! Keep checking on here to see who the winner of the balloon race was.....this person wins £100.00 CASH!
A big thankyou to Lynn McDonald for all her help arranging the Gala Day and making sure it went off with a bang. Also a big thankyou to everyone who helped out during the day, we could not have done it without you.
